The Body & Its Relationship to Herbs I
Event Details: Knowing about the many herbs is a great way to help yourself and those around you to better health, but knowing a few herbs may not be enough. Understanding how herbs that do similar things differ in the body and why one herb may be great for one person, but useless to another is an important part of learning about herbs.
This class will cover herbs organ system by organ system in the body (Anatomy of the Body is the first 20 minutes) . By grouping herbs in this way we can compare uses and make better choices.
