Event Details: Dan's new book, published by Llewellyn in July of this year, is an epic cross-cultural tour of sacred traditions, rites, symbols and practices that we have used through our long history of honoring and celebrating the life cycles of the Earth. While the book is packed with lore about deities, stories, plants and ritual elements that are sacred to each month of the year, its purpose is to help us reconnect with nature and life's sacred rhythms, find unity in diversity, and affirm the common values of all spiritual traditions.
Dan will be here not only to autograph his book for you, but to share conversation about building Earth-friendly community and learning to Live by the Moon, as we did in ancient times when the first Goddess religions were born. This topic is vital now amid today's planetary crisis in caring for the lunar, feminine element of water.
