'Enlighten St. Louis' Chanting Group

When: Every Sunday
Where: St. Louis, Missouri

Chant for World Causes & Your Personal Quest

Event Details: Come and Chant with Certified Mantra Instructors Craig & Nita!
We will be chanting Sanskrit Mantras that are thousands of years old, bringing through energy to create desired changes in our world and in your life.
Learn from these two insightful instructors.

Sanskrit Mantra

Sanskrit mantra is an ancient energy-based language that is used as a tool to heal us physically, emotionally and spiritually. Repeated chanting of Sanskrit mantra raises our energy vibration, eliminates our various karmic tendencies and shifts our perspective on life. A dedicated mantra practice combined with focused intent can help us with issues such as prosperity and abundance, physical and mental health, relationships, and deeply imbedded habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol and overeating. Eventually, and ultimately chanting mantras leads us to spiritual fulfillment and liberation.

Nita Turnage-Bio

Nita has been working with healing energy since 1994. She is trained in several healing modalities and is a Certified Himalayan singing bowl practitioner, a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui tradition and a Certified Sanskrit Mantra Instructor.

Following the philosophy of co-creation, Nita considers herself, not a healer, but a facilitator in the healing process. True healing power is within each and every one of us and by combing various healing modalities she provides tools for her clients that they can use to heal themselves in a balanced and holistic manner.

Nita is available to teach group mantra classes and workshops, private mantra consultation and private Reiki and singing bowl sessions.
