Come Dance the Maypole!
Event Details: Beltaine is an Open Sabbat meaning it is a family friendly event. Everyone of like mind is invited to attend. Kids are welcome as are new people and friends or family. If you have never been to a Coven event this is a good one to start with. You don't have to know anything and we provide a safe atmosphere to ask questions and see just what goes on at a Witches Sabbat. We will be dancing the Maypole during the afternoon and you will need 30 feet of ribbon to participate in this. This should start around 2:30 or 3:00 and lasts about 45 minutes typically. It is tons of fun and everyone can do it, even the kids. You should also bring food and drink to share for the potluck afterwards. Food appropriate for this time of year includes chicken and fish, which we will be doing on the barbecue and all fresh spring vegetables and fruits. Sweets, cakes, breads and cookies are also appropriate as this a favorite holiday of the Fae and they love their goodies! We will have kids activities all afternoon and a bonfire going later with plenty of singing, drumming and dancing! Please bring a lawn chair and a blanket for later around the fire and dress appropriately for the weather, whatever that might be! If you have any questions email me. Hope to see you here!

Directions: From the intersection at hwy 2 and hwy 93 follow hwy 2 west past Albertsons and the Fairgrounds, keep following till the next light which is the new bypass, take a left onto the bypass. Follow to the first round about and enter the round about and take the first exit to the right. This will be Foy's Lake Road. Follow Foy's till it starts to turn and then take a right on Whalebone Drive before the big hill. My house is down past the first subdivision on the right. It is a split level white house with a big chain link fenced yard.
