Pagan Pride Raleigh 2012
Event Details: The Central NC Pagan Pride Days Festival (now Pagan Pride Raleigh) attracts nearly 2000 pagans, pagan friends and the pagan curious every year. Open to the general public, this autumn celebration offers two days of both entertainment and education through social, commercial and spiritual activities. All are welcome to join or observe rituals, attend workshops, meet local groups, and much more.
Each year we also collect thousands of pounds of non-perishable food from attendees for donation to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC. Last year we collected over three and half tons of food. We hope to do even better this year!
New to this years festival, will be the Wake County Animal Shelter. They will on site to raise awareness about animal adoption and to collect “Animal Friendly” goods of all kinds for the animals in their care..
Don’t forget the blood drive?
This year we are working with the wonderful people at The Red Cross of North Carolina, to facilitate the 2012 Blood Drive!! They will be on site Sunday, so be sure to come by and make a donation!
