Introduction to Dispute Resolution and Mediation for Pagan Leaders
Event Details: This introductory workshop is designed for ministerial-level practitioners wanting to increase clarity and understanding within their community. It will also lay the groundwork for further training as a mediator within a more formal dispute resolution structure.
Through a variety of interactive discussions and exercises, participants will:
• explore the origins and dynamics of conflict, both within and without
• practice transforming conflict into opportunities for clarity and understanding
• become familiar with formal dispute resolution structures, including the Temple's mediation process
• learn skills necessary for successful mediation and dispute resolution
This class will be taught by Bonnie Boulanger, a seasoned conflict resolution facilitator and mediator with 15 years of experience, primarily within the legal and educational realms. She conducts mediation trainings for educational and administrative professionals, as well as peer mediation programs.
