Germanic New Moon Offering to the Land-Spirits
Event Details: It was the custom of our ancestors to make offerings on the night of the new moon.
Please join us as we make an offering to the land-wights on this upcoming new moon, to ask for prosperity and luck in the coming month.
Everyone is welcome; Asatru, Theodish, Wiccan, or other. You don't need to be a Germanic pagan (or of Germanic descent) to attend. No need to bring anything; everything will be provided, including light snacks. A full discussion of the ritual itself, its history and the meaning of the modern practice, will take place prior to the rite itself. New folks are especially welcome!
