We begin with a deep meditation and move into whatever the class holds for us all to move and learn together. Each person receives their own deep healing and learning as you move through your own process, no matter what Janet teaches. Each person has their own individual ways and practices which are honored. We learn from each other as we meet in a circle of companions on the journey.
Experience advanced tools and teachings to heal you completely. Learn how it can be fun, simple, and easy. Janet has studied and practiced healing for 42 years and brings us profound teachings and ways to live in our own alignment of perfect health, happiness and abundance. Supportive professional community, we begin a progressive journey together.
