There are many layers of the spirit worlds. In this workshop we will explore the places of the spirit world that permeate and coexist with our physical world. This is a world of hidden places where other times can be visited and the spirits of the land can be worked with. We will also do work with the concept of the Medicine Wheel and the creation of sacred space.
Please Bring: A drum and/or rattle if you have one, a mat or blanket to lay on, a bandana or scarf to cover your eyes during the guided journey, and a notebook and pen to take notes and record your experiences.

Directions: Directions: Garden State Parkway to exit 105. Take Rt 36 East for 3.6 miles to Rt 71/Monmouth Rd and make a Right. Bear slightly to Left past McDonalds (about 1 mile) - Rd becomes Cedar Ave. Follow to the T intersection (about 2 miles) . Make Left onto Ocean Ave. Go to first light and make a left onto Brighton Ave. The store is a few doors down on the right hand side.
