A 13 week overview of Wicca and Witchcraft. This course is designed to give a brief history and discussion of many aspects of the modern witch’s practice and give some guidance of how to jump in with your own personal practice on the Path of the Wise and the Craft of the Cunning. About the Presenter:
Maggi Horseman has been studying for 10 years as a Celtic and Norse focused Witch. She is a Second Degree Initiate of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel, a Wiccan Tradition, and is a member of the Coven Chalice of Living Stars in Chester County PA.
Her interests range from Women’s Empowerment, otherworld beings, nature divas, green magick, kitchen witchery, shamanism, ceremonial magick, martial arts, warriorship and sweatlodge.
Maggi has a BA Degree in Fine Art and Anthropology from Salisbury University. She moved from MD to NJ in 2008 and lives with her loving partner and two cats in Ridgefield Park. She serves on the council of the Northern NJ Pagan Fellowship.
Event Location: 182 Glenridge Ave in Montclair
Event TIME Details: every Wednesday 7-8:30
Directions: Route 3 West to Grove Street exit. Make a left and go down Grove Street for awhile. After train tracks at second light make a right onto Glenridge Ave. We are on left hand side by municipal parking lot.
Route 46 East to route 3 East. Grove Street Exit (2nd exit) . Make a right and go down Grove Street. Go over train tracks and at second light make a right onto Glenridge Ave. We are on left hand side by municipal parking lot.
Garden State Parkway North to Bloomfield Avenue Exit 148. No left turn so go straight and then left around jug handle and make right onto Bloomfield Ave. Go up to North Willow Street (by Diva Lounge) and make a right and then first left onto Glenridge Ave. We are on left hand side by municipal parking lot.
Garden State Parkway South to Bloomfield Avenue Exit 148. At light make a right go two lights and make a right onto Bloomfield Ave. Go up to North Willow Street (by Diva Lounge) and make a right and then first left onto Glenridge Ave. We are on left hand side by municipal parking lot.
