The Hermetic Qabala is the foundational 3 pillars upon which much of the Western Magickal Tradition and Modern Magick has been built. Studying the Qabala will access Intelligences, living powers. Studying Qabala will teach you to harness the energies that are the building blocks of the universe, and inform and deepen your magickal practice, rituals, and spell work.
In this course, we will discuss the history and structure of the Hermetic Qabala as carried down to us from the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. You will learn the basis of the Tree of Life glyph, its parts, correspondences, and the interconnections between its pieces. Through lecture, hands-on meditations, exercises,
and short rituals, you will be introduced to the Spheres of Light, the Sephiroth, the Paths, and the Mysteries of this powerful, rich system of magickal knowledge.
About the Presenter:
Maggi Setti is a third degree initiate of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel, a Wiccan Tradition, (www.sacredwheel.org) and is the High Priestess of their newest coven, Order of the World Tree, which founded in 2011 and is based in Bergen County, NJ. Maggi is a known face in the regional community and has taught in shops and festivals across the mid- Atlantic region. Her coven offers regular outreach to their local community through workshops, rituals, and hosting guest speakers.
Maggi has been an active qabalist for years, utilizing the powers of the qabala in conjunction with hermetic magick, tarot, and astrology. Maggi’s writings have been featured on Witchvox, and other online publications. Her first book, Ecstasy in Shadow is now available for purchase.
