Animal Meditations and Symbolisms
When: Every Monday Morning
Where: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Spiritual Animal and Guides!
Event Details: We will be selecting various species and types of animals on weekly basis to connect with and travel on a spiritual journey with. Due to some locations standing will need to be done for the meditation. Walking meditations may also be included. We will apply other applications at various points to aid or change our style of meditations and vision journeys.
We may also go to the grassy area to do the sitting meditation there to help allow everyone to sit, lay or stand as best for themselves. This will recommend a blanket or towel to set on, or a pillow for the head. Picnics may be included across at the park along with some other movement arts to connect with the animal of choice for the day or the ecology of it's ancestors.
If you can not make it on Mondays but are interested in attending, please let me know when is best for you during the biopark's normal operation of hours.
RECOMMENDED: If you plan to come to more than 4 gatherings, you may want to consider purchasing a membership so entry fees are free.
For those who can not attend the zoological practices, Spirit Being meditations will also be hosted upon request outside of normal hours.
Feel free to write with any questions, or to let us know to look for you.
If you attend you will also be able to help participate on a book based upon the symbolism, magic, interconnectedness and experiences with the Animals. You will be listed on the Animal (s) which are dealt with in our Meditations and if any comments are added you will be given full credit for it. By participation of the meditation, you do allow us rights to publish feedback with signed consent.

Event TIME Details: 8:45am - 11:00am
Directions: The locations will usually be at the Rio Grande Zoo. Although with choices of those who can attend or by request, we will plan on meeting at the Aquarium. Please be sure to e-mail if it is your first time to attend.
