Basic Grounding, Shielding & Meditation Class
When: Feb. 18th. 2013

Event Details: Learn the basics of how to energetically shield and ground yourself through meditation. This is a practical hands-on class. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a notebook if you wish to take notes. If there is enough interest, this may continue as a monthly meditation. $25 per session.
Class Instructor: Rev. Brenda Cole is a practicing Druid Celebrant with over 20 years Wiccan practice. She currently leads guided meditations for a local Druid grove and has practiced various forms of meditation for over 30 years.
