Have you lived the life you dreamed of, and achieved the aims most precious to you? What legacy when you leave when you pass on? Thinking on these things is important at any stage of life, but crucial for those who have entered their mature and elder years. The alternative is to slide through life unthinking, as a creature solely of habit and routine. Explore these issues and review where you are on your path, in a supportive and positive environment. Discussion, exercises, and meditation will help you review the arc of your life and decide what happens in the next phase.
