Getting To Know The Neo-Milesian
Event Details: The Indian Creek Nature Center is a beautiful area located near Rensselaer Falls, NY. The trails are well marked and easy to navigate. Trails are well kept and easily accessible for those who use wheelchairs or other aides to get around. There are plant identification markers and other environmental educational tools along the trails. The observation tower gives a great view of the area as well as decked areas along the trail to stop and enjoy the wild life. It is also a great place to bring the kids for a little outdoor activity.
The Neo-Milesian Ministry is a newly formed group with roots in the ancient Milesian (Gaelic Celtic) ritual and cultural beliefs. That is, The Great Mother (The Earth or Nature) in all her many forms both male and female which we refers to as The Lord and Lady. Also the Earth's wheel as in nature and in ones own life, the waxing and waning of all things, The Divine as well as divinity in oneself. To get right down to it, we have a great respect for all things nature.

Directions: Indian Creek Nature Center's Main enterance is located just outside of Rensselaer Falls, NY on County Rt. 14. A large sign marks the entrance on the right as you head towards Rt. 68. The turn off on Co. Rt. 14 will lead you to a parking area and trial head.
