Beautiful Rivers Grove, ADF announces...

Celebrate Samhain with Beautiful Rivers Grove

When: Oct. 28th. 2012
Where: Buffalo, New York

Celebrate Samhain with Beautiful Rivers Grove

Event Details: Beautiful Rivers Grove, ADF will be holding an open Samhain ritual on
Sunday, Oct 28. We begin promptly at 3 PM.

Unitarian Universalist Church
695 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY
2nd Floor- Assembly Room. If you come late, please ring the doorbell on
the front doors and we'll let you in. Please be patient since there are
a lot of stairs between you and us!

This will be an Irish ritual dedicated to the Ancestors. We will be
collecting letters to the ancestors, which will then be burned as a gift
to them. We will also be celebrating a saining ceremony in which a young
person is introduced to the pagan community, and his
parents/guardians/Goddess-parents commit to caring for the child and
being good role-models.

You do not need to be a Pagan or Druid or a member of ADF to attend. Our
rituals are open to everyone. Everyone is invited to bring offerings for
personal patrons/allies for the ritual and a snack for afterwards. We
are also donating items to Compass House, a shelter that helps young
people.

Please considering bringing any of the following:

* Personal care items, such as shampoo, socks, and toothpaste
* Non-perishable food
* Household items, such as towels and laundry soap.
* School supplies, such as pencils

Event Location: 695 Elmwood Ave in Buffalo
Event TIME Details: 3 PM - 5 PM

Directions: Corner of West Ferry and Elmwood Ave.
