Hudson Valley Reclaiming Meet & Greet Potluck

Join us for a Meet & Greet & Eat
Event Details: Are you new to or curious about the Reclaiming Tradition? Join us for an informal potluck & get together. This is a chance for us to meet one another, discuss the foundations of Reclaiming, & set some intentions for the future of our group.
There is no cost for this event but we ask that everyone bring a dish to share.
Reclaiming is a tradition where all are accepted and diversity is appreciated. We are about social responsibility and engaging both our light and shadow selves, and becoming whole, integrated healers of ourselves, the land, and each other. We welcome women, men, and those who do not identify with gender. We are very big into teaching and learning and activism. We recognize and appreciate and don't chastise those who are on different paths from ourselves. We are big into rituals, but they are ecstatic and bardic, sincere, and spontaneous. They have less formal structure, if any, but tend to be transformational because they are spirit-centered and heart felt, connected to above, below, within. We talk TO each other not about each other. This community is newly forming but will be a group where learning is encouraged and we will be looking for folks to facilitate classes and rituals throughout the year. There are no degrees and no hierarchy. We are all equal. We make decisions by consensus. So join us for this event so we can better see our strengths & the beautiful people who comprise this community.
We will be discussing Reclaiming & setting the outline for the upcoming year as far as classes & rituals & other events.
