Event Details: Polynesian (hula) and Belly Dancing Classes at Aradia's Garden ongoing every Sunday .
Dahmia the Garden's Instructor has been teaching for 25 + years and definitely has the Dance Attitude!
The best way to get fit and have fun. Great for people who can not do anything with impact! Let's take off those pounds we've put on!
Wear workout clothes (sweats and leggings, t-shirts) Ballet Flats or capezio shoes are nice as well.

Directions: Aradia's Garden is located just minutes from the Rt 2 and Rt 90 Freeways. From either highway Exit Rt 91 and go North (6 mi from 90-3 mi from 2) and take Rt 91 till it deadends into RT 283 (Lakeshore Blvd) Turn Left on to Lakeshore and drive slightly more than 1/2 mi. See Strip Plaza on Left side of street. Turn left into plaza and Aradia's is the far west unit. Ample well lit parking.
