Seance to Speak w/ the Dead/ Misa Blanca
Event Details: This event is a Misa Blanca or in English a "White Mass" A misa is basically a seance to communicate with the dead in the traditional Alan Kardec style. During a misa individuals are given a protected platform in order to communicate with and receive messages from their deceased loved ones, spirits, ancestors, guides and other mediums who may be present. Also, sometimes in misa's individuals receive special blessings and even healing from their spirits. These misas which we are offering are teaching misas which go far beyond just giving messages but also teach individuals how to conduct misas of their own. During the misas there is often cigar smoking and rum drinking in the traditional spiritualist style. Participation in this is always a matter of choice. The alcohol and tobacco are meant only as offerings to the spirits. Traditionally, white or light colors are worn with a white head scarf or hat and skirts are worn by women.
