Event Details: A message to all!
We would like to share some important news about your Goddess Temple! There is a “Meet and Greet” planned for Saturday, January 19th, 7 p.m, at Goddess Blessed. Both new and existing members are encouraged to attend as we grow our beautiful community. Perhaps you know someone who is looking for a place to fit in... perhaps that person is even you. This open house is the perfect opportunity to get back in touch!
Immediately following the Meet and Greet there will be a business meeting. On the agenda:
Vote to fill the position of Secretary. This volunteer position is currently vacant. Primary responsibilities include keeping minutes of all meetings, posting minutes, developing/printing flyers, etc., and assisting the President and Vice President with various tasks as needed.
Vote to fill two (2) positions of Board Member at Large. These volunteer positions are currently vacant. Primary responsibilities include attending Board meetings, representing the Goddess Temple at services, serving on committees, and voting on Board issues.
Seeking volunteers for two (2) Committees:
Membership committee: Members of this committee will be the first point of contact for those joining the Goddess Temple. Primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate member records, responding to frequently asked questions, and developing a current new member’s kit.
Hospitality committee: Members of this committee will be responsible for organizing the potluck or refreshment portion of Goddess Temple events and services. This will include set up, serving, and clean up.
We are currently seeking nominees for the positions of Board Member at Large and Secretary. To be considered, please contact:
