We get together at 6:30 to socialize and get to know one another. Formal introductions and the discussion or demonstration begin at 7pm.

It has been requested to have a time to learn what it means to be Earth Based.
In response to this request I am reestablishing the CUUPs Sunday evening discussion group.
We are planning to have on going discussions about different topics. This will be a bit more formal than the Brown Bag discussion group, but not much more so.How the discussion usually happen is that there is a person who is knowledgeable on the topic. That person introduces the topic an may talk about it for a while then open the discussion for questions, comments, anecdotes etc.
These discussions can get quite lively and be a lot of fun. I always find that I learn something new on each topic regardless of how much I have studied it. These groups are designed to be interesting to everyone from the beginner to the adept.
There is no charge, however there will be a donation cauldron if anyone has a burning desire to contribute.
