Shamanic journeying circle/instruction
Event Details: The journeying circle runs from 7:20-10:00 PM. We begin at 7:20 PM with a short introductory lesson on basic journeying techniques. Beginners should arrive promptly at 7:20 PM so that we can give you the full introductory lesson. We'll start drumming in preparation for the group journey promptly at 7:45 PM, whether or not we have any new students.
DATES FOR LATE 2009: The last date for 2009 is December 11. The November 2009 circle has been cancelled due to illness. Sorry, and we'll see you in December!
Please join us, and bring a friend, your drums, your bandanas, your spirit guides, and your questions! Also remember to bring a mat, a blanket, or something else to lie down on.
We're being charged rent to use the space, so we will be asking for donations in order to cover the costs of the rental. If you can't donate, please don't let that stop you from coming - we're only asking for whatever you can afford to give.

Coming from all points: take Route 30 (Lancaster Ave.) into Paoli. Main Line Pilates & Yoga is equidistant between the Daylesford and Paoli SEPTA stations, about a half-mile from each.
If you’re using Route 252 as a milestone, Main Line Pilates & Yoga is a 1/4 mile east of the intersection of Route 252 and Route 30.
The building is two stories, sand-colored, and is fronted with white columns. The first floor is a beer and soda distributor; there is a sign on the second floor saying "Pilates/Yoga." The door to the yoga studio is on the side street, facing the CVS shopping center. (There is a full set of stairs to the yoga studio, which is on the second floor, and it does not appear to be wheelchair accessible.)
Please either park on the street, or across the side street in the CVS shopping center parking lot. Please do not park directly in front of the Paoli Beverage Store or the Performance Bike Shop!
