When: Every Tues. @ 5:30pm & Thurs. @ 6:30pm

Take time out to meditate.
Event Details: If you are new to meditating, have difficulties meditating, or if you have been doing for years come join our meditation group. We can help you find your guides, totem animals, faeries, or just enjoy a quiet and relaxing meditation.
Event Location: 149 sawkill Avenue in Milford

Directions: From 84: Turn onto Route 6 in the direction of Milford. Pass Grand Union on the left, turn Right onto 7th Street. At the stop sign go straight, you will see "The Upper Mill Complex" on your left turn into there. We are located straight ahead in the large blue house. Across from the Water Wheel Cafe.
From New Jersey: Cross Milford Bridge turn right onto Route 209. Make a left at the traffic light. At the Stop sign make a right and follow down to next stop sign. Our shop is at the right of the stop sign. Across from the Water Wheel Cafe.
From Port Jervis: Cross the bridge into Matamoras and follow Route 209 South into Milford. Go straight through the traffic light. At the stop sign make a right and follow down to next stop sign. Our shop is at the right of the stop sign. Across from the Water Wheel Cafe.
