Event Details: Your Energetic Blueprint: Awakening the Energetic SELF
Our bodies are amazing conductors and receivers of energy and life force. They are composed of an intricate network of neural pathways and subtle energetic ley lines.
This series of classes will explore what the energy centers are, the techniques used to kick-start the energetic process and the foundational practices that support its movement forward in a safe and productive manner. This class will be highly experiential as well as offering information on the care and keeping of our energetic selves and what role these energetic centers play in our daily living. Toning, drumming and movement will be part of the experiential work. The series will conclude with a Ritual of Empowerment to affirm our energetic nature and step into the power of our circuit of force and flow.

The series will conclude with a Ritual of Empowerment
