Wednesday Night Meditation
When: Every Wednesday Evening
Where: Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania
Come Relax and Release That Stress!
Event Details: An impromptu night of relaxation. Using various meditation CD's or simple guided meditations, it's an evening to help relieve the stresses of everyday life. Helping to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit so you can go back into the world ready to take on the challenges life can dish out.
We have padded folding chairs for those who wish to sit, but recommend bringing a yoga pad or similar mat if you wish to lay down.
Sessions generally last from 30 - 45 minutes but the rewards are great. Hope to see you there. Love always.
