Event Details: The Pagan Leadership Development Retreat provides practical leadership tools for members of the Pagan Community and is two days in length. It provides a way for new and experienced leaders in the Pagan community to enhance and explore their leadership skills. During this retreat you will:
Connect and take action to realize your full leadership potential
Learn skills and techniques for team building, dynamic communication and time management
Explore coaching methods and activities to facilitate others’ spiritual growth while maintaining your own spiritual and magickal well being
Discover and release energetic roadblocks to build your confidence as a leader in your spiritual community.
Build connections with other leaders in the Pagan community
