Meditation for Teens a Class in Zen Meditation.
Event Details: This class is for Teenagers and Young Adults, on Thursday evenings @ 6:30pm - 7:45 pm at the New Earth Center in Hendersonville. Your Meditation instructor is Juliann Gates, Nationally Certified Yoga Instructor/ Reiki Master with 28 years experience Meditating.
Why Meditation class/session are designed to best help you understand and learn to discipline the busy-ness of the mindstuff (chitta) .
Why Meditation gives tools on how to overcome the 'mindstuff'. If you are stressed out, overwhelmed, have low energy, angry, confused, frustrated, all out of sorts ... then this class is right for you.
Learn what the 'mindstuff' is all about and how to bring peace, solice, serenity, confidence, assurance to obtain the life you want. There classes are designed to give the knowledge, understanding and tools to build a better life.
