Event Details: ABOUT OUR ESBAT RITUALS FOR 2009:
We invite people from all traditions - or no tradition at all - to join us in 2009 as we celebrate, learn and worship together. We will let our eclectic natures inspire us as we create unique rituals throughout the year!
Each month's circle will be an Esbat, Full Moon Ritual. Dress is casual, no need to bring anything other than yourself.
Guidelines by Which TotemGrove Conducts Rituals:
1. Children are welcome; we ask that parents respect the needs of other circle attendees.
2. We believe that the God and Goddess make allowances for children to break circle. A child shall be considered one not yet in puberty.
3. When entering a circle a challenge of non-threatening sorts is acceptable and when the ritual will involve "heavy" workings is expected.
4. A brief "grounding time" will be included upon entering circle and before ritual begins in earnest.
5. The area will be cleansed before circle is cast.
6. It is at the discretion of the facilitator whether cakes and ale in some form will be performed during ritual. "Ale" is to be non-alcoholic.
Event Location: 300 N. Coit Road, Suite #179 in Richardson
Event TIME Details: 7:00pm to 9:00pm (Circle will be cast at 7:30pm)
Directions: This event will be held at the Spiritual Fitness Center in Richardson, Texas. From 75/Central Expressway, go West approximately 2 miles on Belt Line Road. At Coit Road turn right and go about 3/10th of a mile North. We are on the right hand side in the two layered shopping center.
