Event Details: This meditation class guides participants to become aware of their subtle energy body and how to use it to clear the mind, calm the emotions and tame reoccurring thoughts that can lead to illness and anxiety. This is an experiential class for both beginning and experienced meditators who want to go deeper into awareness. Class includes your weekly meditation practice review, questions and instructions for your personal practice, and weekly group meditation practice and instruction. Wear comfortable clothing and meditation bench or cushion if you have one....... Mimi M. Malfitano has 17 years practicing combined TM Meditation and Dzogchen Meditation. She specializes in teaching awareness of how to use their energy to heal themselves and how to increase and hold light in the body. She is a trained Reiki Master has been studying Dzogchen with Tibetan Masters hosted through Washington Center for Consciousness Studies and KPC Temple in Poolesville, MD. $20. CALL TO REGISTER.
