Middle Eastern Drumming for Ritual

Event Details: Dates: 4 Nov. - 9 Dec. 2009
Time: Classes will be Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Cost: Sliding Scale $90 - $60
Location: Across from Gypsy Hill Park, Staunton (Directions will be provided to Registrants - some loaner drums available.)

Note: If you have a group of 5 or more students, you can create a class that suits your schedules. Contact us!

This 6 week class focuses on the power of the drum to sculpt and support magical energy, as well as traditional techniques and rhythms for Middle Eastern drums. You will come away with 5 Arabic rhythms associated with the Elements that support everything from trance to raising a cone of power. Great for beginners and advanced players - the class is custom tailored for you!

About Registration…
To register for this event, send an email addressed to silverwoodmysteryschool@gmail.com with “Drum Classes” in the subject line and please include the following: Legal Name ♥ Phone Number ♥ Email Address.
Upon receipt of your registration email, we will send directions and answer any further questions you may have including drum rental availability. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be required before 28 October 2009 to hold your space for this class on a first come, first served basis. Classes are kept small to provide individual attention for students.

About Our Sliding Scale…
In an effort to make our events accessible for the participants of varied financial circumstances and keep our business sustainable, we provide a sliding scale fee. In other words, you choose the amount that fits within the scale provided and your budget. Barter is also acceptable. Contact us for details.

Willow Firefly, is an experiential priestess of rhythm, music and magic. She teaches & performs internationally.
