Event Details: EarthWeavers 5th Annual Fall Festival 2012-
We are gearing up for the 5th Fall Festival, located at the Big Bear Family Campground in Windsor Virginia!! Dates will be from Thursday October 11th (Thursday night vendors only, Festival starts Friday the 12th for Attendees) , until Sunday October 14th. Information about our 2012 presenters and activities are listed on our website!

Registration fee is $60, and $70 the day of the festival at the gate.
Children under 16 are half price,
Children 4 and under are free.
People interested in vending can select either a
10'x10 ($70) or 10'x20' ($90) space.
Venders and Presenters may set-up on
Thursday, Oct. 11th
Vendor price includes the camping fee.
Vendors may have ONE helper come in at half price of the vendor fee ($35 for the 10'x10 ) (10'x20' $45) .
Day passes are $20 and must leave by midnight.
Time for Vendors/Designated Early Arrival Volunteers is 10am
