Vacation Day and Indulgence for Women
Event Details: SUNDAY INDULGENCE - A Vacation Day for Women
Women are invited to pamper themselves with a Gentle Yoga class, and a Woman Quest workshop on Living in Balance. Both events will be led by Teresa King. 11:00 - 4:00. $40/woman. Please bring a bag lunch, water, mat, paper and pen. RSVP by Fri., Nov. 13 to Heron Brook Haven .
WOMAN QUEST was created to help women make a commitment to themselves to grow, heal and make changes. Women receive new insights, tools, support, inspiration and guidance to help them attain their goals. Woman Quest is a journey of inner exploration done in a safe environment with like-minded women. Through silence, sharing, reflecting upon key questions, writing, other exercises and guided visualization participants gain a much deeper understanding of themselves and come to see that they have all the answers inside themselves.
