The indigenous peoples knew "how" to access their higher consciousness through methods of "Journey" for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
In this introduction to "Shamanic Journey", you will learn how to "journey" in order to meet and speak with your power animal and to receive answersto your questions.
"Shamanic Journeying" is your inner pathway to your higher consciousness that connects you to "Spirit".
**Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket and pillow.
