Our Lady of the Earth & Sky (OLOTEAS) announces...

Earth & Sky Pagan Campout

When: Jul. 27th. 2012 - Jul. 29th. 2012
Where: Redmond, Washington

camping, workshops, & rituals

Event Details: Please join us for a weekend of rustic camping, workshops, rituals, and vendors in a magickal wetlands setting. The event is all ages, so bring the whole family! The campout will also include features such as: Bardic Circles ~ Indoor Pool ~ Outdoor Hot Tub ~ Workshops and Rituals ~ Healing Temple ~ Aphrodite/Pan Shrine and more!

Early Bird Registration available at http://www.oloteas.org/2012-earth-and-sky-pagan-camp-out/

Cost at the door:
Adults $60/whole weekend Fri-Sun, or $20/day
Teen (13-17) $30/weekend or $10/day
Youth (5-12) $15/weekend or $5/day
Children (under 5) free

What to Bring:
Your own camping gear (tent, bedding, plates, utensils, cookstove, cookware, flashlight, etc.) , your own food (potluck dinners on Friday and Saturday ~ Albertson’s nearby) , refillable water bottle, and anything else you will need for park-like camping! There will be showers available. Clothing-optional pool and hot tubs on site ~ bring your own towel. Sunscreen, bug repellent, and camp chairs recommended. Drums or other instruments, body adornments for the ritual/weekend, and contributions of music, poetry, or readings to participate in the Bardic Circles welcome.

Site/Events Culture Notes ~ Please Read:
This event is created and presented in perfect love and perfect trust; the site will be considered sacred space throughout the event. Any participant who violates the safety of the space or others, or violates the law, will be asked to leave immediately. No drugs, alcohol, or firearms permitted. Event attendees may attend as many or as few of the scheduled activities as they choose.

The site will be clothing-optional (which does mean optional ~ clothes or no clothes, it’s all good) . There will be an Aphrodite/Pan Shrine available for those participants 18+ ~ no exceptions.

There will be a ritual track in the Sean Ciall tradition where the Saturday evening ritual will be skyclad for all ritual participants. Event attendees may choose not to attend the main ritual but spectators are not allowed. Other workshops and rituals are clothing-optional rather than required skyclad.

Due to allergy and wildlife concerns, only service animals are allowed on site.

Children:
Children of all ages are welcome, but are present at the discretion and under the direct responsibility of their attending adults and must be supervised at all times. The rituals may contain mature themes that may be inappropriate for some children.

Hope to see you there!
