Create a balance of the mind, body and soul
Event Details: This class is an amazing mixture of holistic and yoga practices to create a balance of the mind, body and soul through meridian stretching, breath work, relaxation and restorative techniques, tai chi, ji-gam, chakra opening and meditation. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
During deep relaxation, all organ systems of the body are benefited and a few of the measurable results are the reduction of blood pressure, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels. With relaxation good cholesterol is increased, digestion is improved, as well as fertility, elimination, reduction of muscle tension, insomnia and generalized fatigue.
Please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement and bring a yoga mat and any other props that you would like.
Cheryl is a certified Dahn Yoga instructor with a variety of Yoga techniques that she customizes just for you. This class will be every Thursday evening. Please call Crystal Voyage to register at 253-272-4367. Class fee to by paid by cash or check ONLY to Cheryl on evening of class. Cost: $10 per class
