Event Details: Yule Celebration
This year we're celebrating Yule with a Norse Theme!
We're asking a suggested donation of $5 per person over 12yr to help with supplies and ritual expenses. Donation is not Required to attend, no one will be turned away.
Please be sure to bring the following: Gift for the Gift Exchange during the Sumbul ($10 Limit, homemade welcomed) , ritual garb if desired, a potluck item, a horn/stien/chalise to drink from during the sumbel, and money if you'd like to shop at the vendors or donate to the readers.
We're also doing a Food drive to help at least one family in need, more if we have enough food with a Yuletide Dinner this holiday season. Please bring your food donations to help a family in need to the Celebration.
Be advised, times are estimates and events may be slightly earlier or later depending on how long some things might take.
3:00 - DOORS OPEN! Community gathering social time, Reader's (Donations welcomed) , Healers, & Vendors (stock up on ritual items and Yule Gifts) , we'll also be making Yule Tree Ornaments
3:00 - Witchling Patch OPENS! A fun area for children, with activities, crafts, and such! The Children will also be doing a gift exchange.
3:45 - Norse Meditation
4:00 - Sumbel - (Norse Ritual) To Honoring the Sun Deities (Gift Exchange will occur during this time as well)
6:00 - Potluck
6:30 - Community gathering social time, Reader's (Donations welcomed) , Healers, & Vendors (stock up on ritual items and Yule Gifts) we'll also be making Yule Tree Ornaments
7:30 - Start Cleanup
