Valley Network Needs Admins & Group Mods

ADMIN JOBS
1) GROUPS
This one requires 2 admins. You need to be sure each group moderator is doing their jobs by keeping the groups updates with new comments and topics. If a mod is innactive for a week straight I need to be informed immediatly. You are also to be sure no copy-cat groups pop up and are required to approve all new groups as well as keep the Groups and Group Moderators List here up to date.
2) PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
You must be sure every photo added is appropriate and does not go against the VN Media rules. You are also required to add videos I ask you to retrieve to our own video library. Each video added must be informative or pre-approved by me.
3) EVENTS
This admin must search the web for moon phases, alternitive hollidays, and if they are to be celebrated in the Northern or Southern Hemisphere for that time of year. Attention to detail here is crucial.
4) PODCAST
The podcast admin must be able to keep up on the podcast as well as have the availability to give interviews over podcasts. I will be contacting individuals to be interviewed and sending them to this admin for further schedualing and interviewing.
5) DESIGN
This admin is to design all of our banners, link buttons, monthly award buttons, certificates, etc. The VN is going to be huge on contest and we must be able to give small, unique buttons to put on their profiles including Name, Contest, Month and Year, and of course be coded to the VN.
6) AFFILIATES
This also requires 2 admins. We will be getting a lot of side groups on other sites to improve our networking. These admins are required to run those groups effectivly and keep fresh topics within them.
WRITING JOBS
1) PODCAST SCHEDUAL
This is the job of the Podcast Admin. On the E-Zine Due Date you will be required to send in the months podcast schedual.
2) BOOK REVIEWS
Each month this writer will read a book by a pagan author and give us a detailed review of the book.
3) MOON SCHEDUAL
This is done by the Events Admin. Schedual of moon phases for the coming month for both northern and southern hemisphere.
4) SABBAT RITUAL AND ACTIVITIES
For the months we have a sabbat this writer will be required to send in an original ritual and craft activity to do with the kids.
5) WORLD NEWS
Each month this writer will have to find some sort of news in the world that involves alternitive religions and report on it.
6) Q and A
This writer will be given an e-mail and password for members to send their questions to. In the next paper, this writer will answer the questions.
7) PAGAN POETRY AND STORIES
This writer will write original poems or stories relating to alternitive religions and submit them.
NOTE: ALL WRITERS WILL HAVE TO SEND IN A PIECE OF THEIR WORK TO BE ACCEPTED.
GROUP MODERATORS
All group moderators must post at least one new topic or comment a week. It is the mods job to be sure rules are being followed and that the group is staying active.
