Group Overview: The Temple of the Dark Moon is an active "progressive" Alexandrian coven located just north of Adelaide's CBD in South Australia.
We follow the traditional Wiccan structure and hierarchy and operate both an Inner Court as well as an Outer Court for those geniune seekers of the Craft. We strongly adhere to the Wiccan axiom of "perfect love and perfect trust" in all our circles.
Our founder and HPs, Frances Billinghurst, has been initiated as a 3rd Degree Wytch and HPs, and holds an honourary 6th Temple Adeptus degree and Charter with the Ordrine Scatere Stellae (teaching the later magickal workings of Alex Sanders) . She is also trained in Hermetic (ceremonial) magick and has an interest in traditional Wytchcraft (ie, non-Gardnerian) as well as Goddess spiritual practices. We are a serious working coven whose ultimate aim is to provide a collective of learning and sharing of knowledge for those who are dedicated to their own spiritual development. We are not a "weekend" coven, gathering only for social reasons - we gather to work magick in order to shape our lives and the explore the hidden realms..
If you are serious in learning the Craft and being involved in a traditionally orientated coven, that also follows the energies of the Southern Hemisphere, therefore making the Craft part of your life, then visit our web site to learn more or contact us when the next training circle is available.
We only offer training once a year pending in vacancies within the Inner Court.
