Group Overview: The Druids’ Hearth’s main purpose is to further all aspects of Druidry here in the Okanagan Valley. Members’ may set their own level of involvement, choosing to be active in one or more aspects of our Three Fold Aim.
The Three Fold Aim of The Druids' Hearth
- Support, Community & Kinship
Firstly – We aim to come together as Druids, bridging our diversity with friendship and comradery; while motivating and inspiring each other to grow strong along our chosen paths.
- Knowledge, Experience & Scholarship
Secondly – We aim to share with and learn from one another in a scholarly fashion; gaining wisdom the only way we can, through diligence to both sound theory and dedicated practice.
- Guidance, Training & Leadership
Thirdly – We aim to assist individuals in undertaking some type of formal training and to prepare them for admittance into a Grove setting; supporting them through a Dedicancy Program to their Druidic Tradition of choice, and continuing to nurture those who have the ability to become leaders in the Druidic community.
