Group Overview: The mission of the Circle of the Sacred Muse Society is to meet the spiritual needs of the Pagan community of northern Vancouver Island by providing education, worship, environmental stewardship, fellowship, and a safe environment for self-expression and development.
Once a month, we circle to celebrate the Full Moon and to learn about and honor the Goddess and God. We create a craft within each circle, as well as doing some kind of magic work. We also gather to celebrate the Sabbats. These Celebrations are family friendly, and we have a potluck.
We have been meeting since late 2000, and our group has changed as people come and go, and as participants tell us what they are interested in or need to learn. We are registered as a Non-Profit Society in BC.
The circle is open to all who are interested in learning more about spirituality--no experience necessary!
Children who are mature enough to sit through the circle and guided meditation are welcome to attend Full Moon Ritualswith an adult. The eight Sabbat Celebrations are open to all ages.
