Group Overview: BirchStone Coven, a lineaged Gardnerian coven, is structured in the traditional manner of a BTW coven: led by a High Priestess and a High Priest, and has a stable core membership. We are also active in our local pagan community .
We follow a traditional but somewhat liberal path of the Gardnerian tradition. Our lineage is Whitecroft (England) .
The Covenstead is located in a rural community without access to public transportation. We are close to Stratford, Ontario: about a 30 minute drive from Kitchener-Waterloo or London.
Comprehensive training is available to prospective applicants, over the age of 21, who are willing to make the commitment to attend classes, Esbats, Sabbats and other social events of the coven.
We do not charge for traditional training, however all students and coven members are expected to contribute when we restock coven supplies used during training and rituals.
