Group Overview: We are the people your High Priestess warned you about!
The Galapian Grove is a British Traditional Wicca (BTW ) Training Group/Workshop Group . We are located in South Hessen between Darmstadt, Mannheim and Heidelberg. We also have member from further and away and will occasionally do rituals further away (Ansbach or Giessen for Example) .
We are a training group for those who are interested in getting Initiated into a Whitecroft Gardnerian Coven. We will also do occasional public rituals.
US Military will be welcome in the outer court and US Military Initiates of BTW with proper vouch can Guest in the Inner Court.
Lastly, sometimes the coven fit just does not work. If you have been involved in a bad coven break-up - either as an initiate or a trainee, we are willing to take a hard and honest look at your situation and see if you might find a home with us.
There is no monetary cost for participation, but you will pay - In your own work and effort, in meditations, drills, mental efforts and performing the home reading and exercises assigned.
There is no oath-bound material on the site or most the classes. Just straightforward training and work in theory and practice.
The training will be mostly in English. In ritual the language you are most comfortable with may be used.

Galapas Short CV. I started training in wica in 1974. In 1976 Initiated into the Gardnerian Tradition (LI-Line) in So Calif. Currently I am working as a Gardnerian 3rd in the Whitecroft Line. I have in the past worked with Alexandrians, Mohsians, Roebuck, Temple of Isis, a Fam Trad or two, and other various pagan traditions. My interest in other methods and styles is vast, but I have only accepted initiation in the Gardnerian Tradition. I started this outer court to explore methods outside of the classic wica practice, but circumstances have moved back to the classic model.
