Group Overview: Group open to all attending Bath Spa University who are either curious about or follow an earth based spiritual path.
We welcome all Pagans and people with an interest in Paganism no matter what their beliefs are.
The intent is to help people attending university to connect with others of similar faith to gain support within a group and make new friends.
We are an active collaborative group. Welcoming creative ideas. We are an official student union recognised society at Bath Spa Univeristy as of 27/02/09
We're a friendly bunch and currently meet socially every Thursday from 6pm on campus room NEGO2, Newton St. Loe, Bath. Pagan related talks, workshops or activities happen monthly and termly we are now aiming to have a trip to a site of special interest.
Some of the avenues to explore will be directed by the need of the group but might include, trips to ancient and sacred sites, group ritual, organised meetings with similar groups, establishing a pagan choir, library or craft circle, talks and workshops, volunteer work in the wider community,

Over the last few years there have been increasingly vociferous calls to rebury ancient pagan human remains. What are the political and spiritual motives behind this? Can we claim ancient pagans as spiritual ancestors? What were their burial practices? How do we know they wanted the same things as us?

Join us as we explore a druidic stance on life and of living, and the underlying spiritual principles which have produced that world view.
Druidry is earth-centred and celebratory, with a unique take on life that will resonate with Pagans from other paths. There will be a section on ‘occult good practice’, applicable to all spiritual paths, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
