Group Overview: The Shrine of the Irish Oak inc. is a modern Irish/ Celto-Roman polytheist Temple,
Dedicated to the worship of the Celto-Roman Gods and Goddesses
. Our temple is inspired by the ancient Celtic-Roman blend of Pagan religion which was practiced throughout most of Europe and Britain in the first through fifth centuries. This path, relatively unexplored in modern Paganism, was for hundreds of years the central religious expression of the Western world.
Membership is open to all interested persons,
We welcome Greeks, Norse, Egyptians and other modern Polytheists to join our membership.
Also we encourage members of all polytheistic faiths to be active in building new temples, interfaith councils, and other religious institutions that existed in the ancient world.
