Group Overview: Welcome to the information page for Feather River Protogrove, ADF.
We are a Legal 501c3 church established under the Mother Grove of Ár nDraíocht Féin: A Druid Fellowship (ADF) (http://www.adf.org) .
We are an Open to the Public Druid Grove, that meets on the second weekend of every month. If this ever changes we will notate it 6 months in advance on our website under the Events tab.
On our Druid Weekend, we have our Dedicant Study Group meetings on Friday Night at Cafe Culture (http://www.chicocafeculture.com) , Pulga Work Day on Saturday (we are working on clearing a 2 Acre parcel of Blackberry bushes) , and we meet in Bidwell Park, at or near the Cedar Grove pick-nick site, on Sunday for our monthly blessing rite (Open to the Public) . After that we will be removing evasive non-native plants from the park, and planting native plants in their place.
We have been around for over two years, and have just achieved Provisionally Chartered status within ADF.
We are polytheistic Nature worshipers, attempting to revive the best aspects of the Proto Indo-European faiths of our ancestors within a modern scientific, artistic, ecological, and holistic context. (Explanation borrowed from www.ADF.org/about/what-is-adf.html)
