New TSBM Hiving Wiccan Group - Northeast LA County

Group Overview: This will be a group hiving from the long established Fresno Coven: Temple of St. Brigid's Moon (see the WitchVox listing) . The Coven Elder will be relocating to the northeastern area of LA county in early to mid 2010 and will be looking to start a new group there. All interested persons are asked to cotact Sêçi (See'chee) at our listed email address or phone. For now the group will be an open group, but as we get more members it will become a semi-open or possibly a closed Coven.
This will be a family group with all ages welcome. It will also initially take on many of the characteristics of the mother coven, such as being a "coven of solitaries" (meaning group ritual will adhere to tradition but solitary ritual is not required to do so) , being dry and with no substance use, skyclad optional with all involve accepting or agreeing (NO children allowed at skyclad rituals - ever!) , by-laws, training through St. Brigid's Academy, etc. This will be a hierarchial degree system of training through Third Degree, with training being at the collegiate level.
Final characteristics of the group will be decided by group members.
Initially, there will be one legal clergy for weddings, handfastings, life events, etc., but we hope for more.
