Group Overview: Key to the Moon Coven is a chartered congregation of the Celtic Witan Church (est. 1984) and is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization, located in the West San Fernando Valley.
We are a Goddess oriented Earth based Shamanic healing group in the Celtic Tradition, with its roots in the 1734 ideology. We honor the Moon by the Coligny calendar, and celebrate the 8 Sabbats of the year, as well as life milestone ceremonies. We believe that self-reliance and self-discipline are of great importance in magical work. Creating sacred space, raising energy together and grafting our will with positive energy brings into existence the desired results. We encourage creativity in circle structure, and offer legal ordination through a hierarchical order.
We hold several open circles as the wheel turns, And though we are listed as an "adult group" we are family friendly, (child participation is at parents descretion) .
