Group Overview: The Temple of Thoth Amen-Ra (http://www.coloradogoldendawn.com) is an authentic initiatory mystery school. We offer instruction and teachings in the traditional Golden Dawn course of study, which includes, but is not limited to: Alchemy, Astrology, Chakras, Enochian, Evocation, Gematria, Geomancy, Healing, Hermetics, Qabala, Ritual Magic, Scrying, Talismans, Tarot, Tattwas and Theurgy.
As an authentic Golden Dawn Temple, we utilize the original Kabbalistic grade structure of the Order. Each grade is associated to a Sephirah on the Tree of Life, as well as being associated to one of the traditional classic Alchemical Elements. The Temple of Thoth Amen-Ra, being an initiatic Order, offers initiation into the following traditional Golden Dawn grades:

The mission of the Thoth Amen-Ra Temple of the Golden Dawn in the Outer is to aid, assist and encourage all who seek initiation into the Western Mysteries in achieving Knowledge and Conversation with one’s own Holy Guardian Angel for the purpose of divine illumination by working primarily within the framework of the traditional Golden Dawn system.
Of the utmost importance in membership to the Temple is a sincere desire to manifest the divine in one’s life. The progress to adepthood is a life-changing path and not one to be taken lightly. Our Temple is not motivated by financial gain, and we are careful and selective in our selection of prospective candidates. The primary interest of our Temple is quality magical work, consistency in ritual work, and alchemical practice, not in recruiting vast quantities of members.
Progress in this temple will be with the intention of providing a solid groundwork for those who are serious about the Great Work. You will be assigned a mentor, though you are ultimately responsible for mastering the knowledge given you and practicing the rituals as assigned. The Work you complete is your own, not anyone else’s.
