Group Overview: Introduction to Sacred Metaphysical Sisters

Why is a Sisterhood Needed?

In our earthly journey it is inevitable that we seek like minds in order to gain a balance in our daily lives. Our modernized culture lacks the continuity of practice to enable the African American Woman of the diaspora to know who she really is. It also lacks the provisions to make available the tools and support to cultivate her essence. Sacred Metaphysical Sisters is that tool. It is an outlet for Metaphysical Sisters of the African Diaspora to speak, vibe and elevate their consciousness. It is time to reawaken to our true selves. No one can reawaken you and align you with your purpose here on the earth plane, but YOU. Take the pill and liberate your mind. This sisterhood is not for the faint of heart. We are the Goddesses that this world seeks..aren't we? What are you afraid of? Is the world that you have known real or is it all Illusion? What box do you comfortably fit in? We are not promoting one specific way of living because All is us and We are All, however we utilize several disciplines to aid us in metamorphosis.

What do we Value?

We value sisterhood with a scientific approach to learning and healing ourselves, environment and families. We value youth and years to the same degree while fostering a comfortable environment to facilitate growth by a natural means of trial and error, exploration and sisterly sharing of experience and information. We value each individuals input, intuition and experience.

What is our Purpose?

Our purpose is to reawaken our ancient ancestors through our encoded DNA by practicing and creating modernized disciplines which are drawn from Ancient Khemit, Ancient African Wisdom, Shamanism, Kybalion, Elemental Magick, Extra Sensory Perceptions and New Age Metaphysics. As a SMS Online or Active Member you are encouraged to tap into your dormant goddess energies and create new Metaphysical practices that are more practical and relevant to us in today's society.Granted we still respect our ancient culture and those who keep our ancient traditions alive. The reason for this is because we are in a new age and it is "NOW" time again to "KNOW" What you have forgotten which is that you are the Goddesses that this world awaits ! Once the black women is a self actualized being again then balance can be restored here on the earth plan; and not a moment sooner.

What are some of our Goals?

To formulate strong bonds with SMS members as well as other sisterhood groups. To heal, support and protect ourselves and families thru metaphysical practices To create outlets for sisters to educate themselves on metaphysics. To practice rituals that will bring balance to the earth plane again.

Why a Phoenix as a logo?

The Phoenix is the perfect symbol to represent our rebirth to our sacredselves and to our sacred sciences. The phoenix is a symbol of immortality and raising up after being burned to ashes. The black woman and her-story has definitely been burned and her memories swept away like ashes. It is time to raise up again and be a Sacred Sister just like the Phoenix reborn again.

9 Attributes of a Sacred Metaphysical Sister
