Group Overview: Family Grove with a back ground in Reclaiming Wica and heriditary druid influnces. We specialize in small sabbat an esabbat festivals where the public is invited to attend and learn about their pagan neighbors. In attempt to inform and educate, and create a fellowship among pagans. ( Our extended community include; Celtic, WICCA, Cynthian, asantru, Gardenarian/Alexandrian, Runeoligy, Scientoligy, and many non-classified solitarys.) So far we celebrate, Beltaine, Samhain, and Yule. We get together on the other sabbats as a meet and greet community builder. We celebrate the other festivals in a small informal picnic fashion. All are welcome, just e-mail intention to attend, or get directions off of our event posting. It's a great way to get to know each other in a relaxed setting, without the pressure of a formal ritual. Kids play ( We have girls 7 to mid teens, and Boys 10 to14, all the time more ages attend.) , and the adults connect to likeminded adults. We have also begun to compile a list of area pagan groups and individuals. Networking starts here. Witches Voice, then us, we have contacts that are still in the broomcloset, and also those in pagan denial. As well as those of us who are Open and seen easily. The ultimate Goal of the Grove of Thor's Ten Sons is to unite all the Pagans in the Magic Valley.
New 2007---- We have a Sunday Class learning the childrens version of the nuts and bolts of wicca. It is easy enough to engage the 6 year olds. Eventfull enough to involve the teenagers, and compelling enough to include the parents. As of january 2007 we have 13 children ages 6 to 18.
